I see sales as a game on the pitch, where we are trying to score goals. Some days goals seem effortless, other days they just don’t happen no matter how hard you work. This makes sales look unpredictable. Producing consistent sales results takes patience, good sales records, and experience. It can also require that you face the current realities and generate new possibilities in your attitude and your offerings. Motivating a team requires focus, presence and sales insights. With over 30 year’s sales experience, I have seen many business scenarios. Good sales figures are an Art and a Science, and I see my job to get the sales graph to move up. A good customer relationship starts with good staff relationships. This is built upon Integrity, constructive feedback and a willingness to stay in the game and score the goal.
